The reverse of the pendant set with a carved moonstone cameo depicting a dancing maiden in classical dress, signed Brandt, framed by 41 pearls measuring approximately 4.5 to 2.8 mm, the pendant-watch and surmount set with diamonds, mechanical movement, dial signed Vacheron & Constantin, Genève, caseback signed Verger, with French assay marks.
The circular dial with Roman numeral indicators, applied with translucent purple guilloché enamel and a dotted white enamel trim, the center set with rose-cut diamonds, Swiss movement, dial signed Cartier, Paris, Londres; suspended from a black grosgrain ribbon spaced by circular and oval-shaped segments applied with translucent purple guilloché enamel, decorated with garland motifs, set with rose-cut diamonds weighing approximately .70 carat, length 26 inches, numbered 1806, with French assay mark and workshop mark for Lachelin, two diamonds missing; circa 1900.
